The focus of premarital coaching is to discuss in detail those areas of marriage that may have been overlooked or glossed over during the dating/engagement phase. Premarital coaching is a tool used by couples to strengthen their communication and to understand prior to saying “I Do” who they are really marrying.

• Five (5) 1 hour video strategy sessions with the couple covering all aspects of the assessment. All sessions have the option to be recorded so that you can listen to the unique strategies discussed.
• Email access to Alisa in between sessions for questions or concerns. All emails are answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
